Other precautions being taken include:

availability of hand sanitizers throughout the plant and counter area;
delivery vehicle steering wheel frequently getting disinfected; snd
employees that are sick are directed to stay home.
Based on information from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization), it is believed that professional dry cleaning
and laundry operations can help contain the spread of the virus, because the heat and chemistry of the professional cleaning process is known to
kill germs. According to the CDC, the antimicrobial action of the laundering process results from a combination of mechanical, thermal, and chemical
factors. Dilution and agitation in water removes substantial quantities of microorganisms. Soaps and detergents function to suspend soils, and also
exhibit some antimicrobicidal properties. Hot water provides an effective means of destroying microorganisms. Regardless of whether hot or cold water
is used for washing, the temperatures reached in drying, and especially during ironing, provide additional significant antimicrobicidal action. Dryer
temperatures and cycle times are dictated by the material of the garment.
We want you to know that we care about your health and safety, and are taking the state of the world very seriously. If you would like to know more
about how we are handling COVID-19 please do not hesitate to give us at call at (310) 659-7474.
Thank You - and Stay Safe!
